Prashant Goyal

Prashant Goyal is the co-founder of MG Financial Services, an investment-focused firm based in Chandigarh. He brings extensive experience in financial services, with a deep understanding of investment strategies and client relationships. Having worked with leading private sector banks for over 15 years, he possesses strong insights into market trends and structured financial approaches.

Prashant began his career in 2000 with Centurion Bank of Punjab, later merged into HDFC Bank, where he worked across various retail banking functions. He then moved to IndusInd Bank as an Assistant Manager, where he was recognized as the top-performing Operations Manager. From 2006 to 2015, he served as a Branch Manager at HDFC Bank, playing a key role in establishing new branches across Himachal Pradesh. He later joined ICICI Bank as a Cluster Head, overseeing multiple branches with a significant deposit and asset base. His expertise in customer engagement and institutional business enabled him to drive exceptional results.

Driven by his passion for investment services, Prashant transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2016. With his diverse expertise in banking, lending, and institutional business, he has built a strong reputation for catering to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Known for his humility and client-centric approach, he enjoys spending time with family and writing poetry in his leisure time.

Varun Sikka

Varun Sikka is the co-founder of MG Financial Services, an investment-focused firm based in Chandigarh. He holds a BCA and MBA from Chandigarh and has been actively involved in financial services since 2010.

Varun started his career with SBI Mutual Fund, where he managed SBI group branches in Chandigarh. After six years in the industry, he ventured into entrepreneurship in 2016. With a strong understanding of high-net-worth clients and institutional investments, he has built a reputation for delivering tailored financial strategies.

Varun is known for his approachable nature and dedication to client success. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Bharat Ghai

Bharat Ghai is a Partner at MG Financial Services, bringing over 15 years of experience across various industries, including FMCG, insurance, mutual funds, and banking. He holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Sikkim Manipal University and has worked with leading organizations like Pidilite Industries, Aviva Life Insurance, Kotak Life Insurance, SBI Mutual Funds, and IndusInd Bank, where he led their Hisar branch in a leadership role.

Bharat’scontinuous drive for learning and excellence has helped him gain valuable insights into diverse financial fields. His expertise in market dynamics and relationship building enables him to serve clients effectively.

His entrepreneurial journey with MG Financial Services allows him to expand the firm’s presence in Hisar and nearby regions, helping clients navigate their investment journey with confidence.

Varun Khanna

Varun Khanna is a Partner at MG Financial Services, bringing over 14 years of experience in banking and luxury real estate. A Commerce graduate from Delhi University, he has worked with renowned organizations such as Citigroup, Standard Chartered Bank, and India Sotheby’s International Realty.

With a strong commitment to integrity and client satisfaction, Varun focuses on understanding each client’s financial needs and delivering personalized strategies. His ability to forge lasting relationships has earned him the trust of high-net-worth clients.

Beyond finance and real estate, Varun is passionate about playing squash and traveling.

Gaurav Kumar

With an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, Gaurav brings over two decades of experience in stock markets. His career includes a three-year tenure at the securities division of Standard Chartered Bank, where he was the equity advisor for ultra-high jet worth clients of SCB.

He operates our Motilal Oswal Franchise.

Gaurav Kumar

With an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, Gaurav brings over two decades of experience in stock markets. His career includes a three-year tenure with the securities division of Standard Chartered Bank, where he managed ultra-high-net-worth clients of Standard Chartered Private Bank from 2012 to 2014.

Currently, he operates the Motilal Oswal franchise, offering expertise in equities, derivatives, and commodity trading. His deep knowledge of financial markets and client-centric approach enable him to provide strategic insights to investors.

MG Financial Services is a AMFI registered Mutual Fund Distribution firm with combined experience of over 90 years in the financial services industry.
